PRIVACY POLICY

This privacy policy specifies purposes and methods of processing, collecting and protecting personal data of Users of krakow-apartments.pl webpage. Protecting privacy in the Internet is a crucial matter for us, therefore we take special care of privacy of everyone who visits our website.

  1. The Controller of personal data is company Let’s Invest Sp. z o. o. located at 30-710 Cracow, ul. Ślusarska 8/32, NIP (tax id.) no. 679-311-41-37.
  2. As at the moment of booking, the User accepts the terms and conditions as well as the privacy policy, kept by krakow-apartments.pl
  3. When booking by website krakow-apartments.pl, the User consents to personal data processing pursuant to the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on protection of natural persons with regard to processing of personal data and on free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
  4. Data is necessary to render a service properly on the basis of article 6(1)(b) and (c) of the GDPR.
  5. The User has the right to request for access to his/her personal data, right to confirm whether the Controller is processing the data and information on processing.
  6. The User has the right to rectify if the data is incorrect or incomplete.
  7. The User has the right to revoke the consent for processing of data.
  8. The User has the right to request for data erasure.
  9. The User has the right to object to processing the data and to request the Controller to limit its processing.
  10. The User has the right to file a complaint to supervisory authority having its jurisdiction over the place of residence or work of a person, whose data is processed or due to location of infringement of the GDPR.
  11. Exercising of any of rights that the User has, may be reported directly to the Controller to the email address info@krakow-apartments.pl.
  12. The service does not sell or share Users’ personal data to other entities than those cooperating with the Controller in order to purchase products for Users.
  13. Personal data processed in order to perform a contract will be stored during the contract term, and after its expiration, for the period necessary to fulfil legal obligations by the Controller (e.g. resulting from tax or accounting provisions).
  14. Changes to the privacy policy do not require informing the User beforehand or obtaining his/her approval. The changes in the privacy policy are introduced as of publishing its new contents on the krakow-apartments.pl webpage. The User agrees to such introduction and notifying about introduced changes in the privacy policy.

    • Persistent cookies – files stored at the User’s device and remaining there until deleting them. Closing a session of a given browser or turning off a device does not cause deleting them from the User’s device. Persistent cookies mechanism does not allow for downloading of any personal data, nor confidential information from the User’s device.
    • Third-party cookies – including google, facebook. Information on cookie policy of third parties is available on the website of a given company.
