What time can I check-in and check-out?

You can check-in after 2 PM. Check-out time is until 11 AM. However, you can always ask us if earlier check-in or later check-out is possible. We are flexible and whenever it is possible we allow it.

Are there any additional fees?

No. Everything is included in the price (e.g. cleaning, towels, bed linen).

Is late check-in additionally paid?

No. We do not charge for late check-in.

Do you offer any airport transfer?

Yes. We can arrange for you airport transfer with professional, English speaking driver. He will be waiting for you in arrival zone with your name on the signboard. He will drive you straight to apartment. Cars are new and very comfortable. You should pay directly to the driver. Cost up to 4 people 85 PLN / 20 EUR. Cost for more than 4 people 120 PLN / 30 EUR.

Are towels and bed linen provided?

Yes. Towels and bed sheets will be waiting for you in the apartment.

Is hairdryer, iron and iron board available?

Yes. Hairdryer, iron and iron board are always available in our apartments.

How will I get the keys to apartment?

Information regarding check-in will be sent by us via email together with confirmation of booking. Our staff member will welcome you at the apartment and transfer you the keys.

Can you arrange for me any tours in or outside Krakow?

Yes. We cooperate with one of the best’s tour operator in Krakow. You can find the tours that we offer in the section ”Services” on our website. Let us know which one you are interested in and we will organize it for you.

Can I get child equipment (chair, cot or baby bath)?

Yes. We can arrange it for you. Just let us know that you need it.

Do you provide any recommendations (e.g. restaurants, pubs, cultural places, museums)?

Yes. In the apartment there will be a guidebook waiting for you with all the recommendations.

Is Wi-Fi available in the apartments?

Yes. In all the apartments we have our own Wi-Fi. Network and password will be waiting for you in the apartment.

Can I bring my pet with me?

Personally, we like pets (especially dogs). However, for the comfort of our future guests we do not allow them in our apartments. Sorry for that.

Can I smoke inside the apartment?

In order to keep our apartments always fresh and clean we do not allow to smoke inside the apartments.

Is kitchen fully equipped?

Yes. You will find all necessary equipment in the kitchen to prepare all the meals during your stay. All our apartments have microwave, toaster and coffee machines.

Can I receive discount?

For long-term stays we offer discount. Please contact us directly to obtain more details.

Is the owner living in the same building?

No. We do not live in the same building. However we are available for you 24/7.

How can I make the reservation?

You can do it via different channels:

1) via email or phone call
2) online via our reservation module on website
3) via other websites such as Airbnb or booking.com where we are present

We recommend doing it directly with us or via our reservation module in order not to bear additional booking costs.

What are the conditions of reservation?

For longer stays, we ask you to do the prepayment for one night.

What is the minimum and maximum length of the stay?

Usually, we allow reservations for minimum of 2 nights. However, in exceptional cases we can offer you one night stay. There is no maximum length of stay.

Is apartment suitable for business stay?

Yes. All apartments are suitable for business stay. You will find a comfortable place to work and Wi-fi is working very well.
