PREAMBLE

These Regulations define the conditions of using krakow-apartments.pl website.

DEFINITIONS

LESSOR – the owner of brand Kasia&Lukasz Apartments and krakow-apartments.pl website, company Let’s Invest Sp. z o.o. located at 30-710 Cracow, ul. Ślusarska 8/32, NIP no. 679-311-41-37.
LESSEE – a Client that books with other accompanying persons the apartment for a specific period of time.
APARTMENT – a housing unit that is leased for the period of time for tourism or business purposes.
LEASE OF THE APARTMENT
– short-term lease contract, concluded between the Lessor and the Lessee. The lease contract is concluded as of making a reservation.
COST OF STAY – the total amount to be paid to the Lessor for the stay in the apartment, confirmed by the Lessee by email after making a reservation.

RESERVATIONS

  1. Reservation of the apartment is made online by krakow-apartments.pl website, by an e-mail to info@krakow-apartments.pl or by phone.
  2. Reservation of the apartment is equivalent to acceptance of conditions listed in the Regulations as well as the Privacy Policy.
  3. Reservation concerns the apartment indicated during the process of reservation.
  4. After making a reservation, the Lessee receives an email with detailed information on payment for stay.
  5. The lease contract is concluded as of making a reservation.

TERMS OF USING THE APARTMENT

  1. The Lessee is obliged to follow the good neighbour code and keep the premises in the condition as at the moment of the Lessee’s arrival.
  2. The Lessee is obliged not to exceed number of persons that stay in the apartment compared to the number given during reservation. If on the day of checking in, more persons would arrive than it was determined before, the Lessor has the right to refuse to accept those persons. The Lessor has the right to accept additional people for an extra charge, paid in cash during checking in.
  3. If the Lessee does not arrive on a day of checking it, the deposit paid shall not be returned. The Lessor is not obliged to keep reservation of the apartment for the Lessee on other days of the planned stay.
  4. Stay in the apartment starts from 2 p.m. on a day of registration. It is possible to determine individual rules and arrange hours of passing the keys after prior agreement with worker of krakow-apartments.pl.
  5. Stay in apartment ends at 11 a.m. If the Lessee does not check out before the arranged time, the Lessor has the right to charge the Lessee with a fee for one more day.
  6. Check out should be made at a determined time without any exceptions. Delay in checking out due to Lessee or accompanying persons’ fault may cause charging a fee equal to cost of one more day of stay.
  7. The Lessee is obliged to close windows and lock entrance doors. The Lessee holds the responsibility for damages suffered by the Lessor in the case of not securing the apartment.
  8. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
  9. It is prohibited to keep animals in the apartment. Violating these prohibition may result in charging the Lessee with a fee of PLN 400.00. The Lessor has the right to refuse to accommodate people who brought animals with them.
  10. It is prohibited to smoke cigarettes in the apartment. Violating these prohibitions may result in charging the Lessee with a fee of PLN 400.00.
  11. Unjustified calling a worker may result in charging the Lessee with a fee of PLN 100.00.
  12. The Lessee is obliged to immediately inform the Lessor about any damages found in the apartment on the day of checking in. If the Lessee will not do so, the Lessor has the right to charge the Lessee with repairing costs.
  13. The Lessor has the right to terminate the contract with immediate effect, remove the Lessee from the apartment and charge the due cost of stay if the leased object is used improperly with regard to rules described in the Regulations, the Lessee causes damages or puts apartment at risk of damage or destruction; violates good neighbour code by not observing quiet hours or poses problems while being under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  14. The Lessee holds the responsibility for damages done in the apartment by his/her own fault or fault of accompanying persons or animals.
  15. In case of damage done by the Lessee, he/she is obliged to repair it and inform the Lessor immediately.
  16. If the Lessee avoids taking responsibility for damages, the Lessor can take actions aiming at receiving due amount.

CHARGES

  1. A gross fee constituting the final cost of stay in the apartment for the Lessee is specified by the Lessor in confirmation of reservation.
  2. The Lessee is obliged to pay deposit in the amount of 20% of costs of stay within 24 hours from receiving confirmation of a reservation. The deposit should be paid directly to the account or by online payments.
  3. The Lessee is obliged to pay the remaining part during checking in, in cash or by a payment card.
  4. If the deposit is not paid within 24 hours from confirming a reservation, the Lessor has the right to cancel the reservation.
  5. The Lessee’s leaving the apartment earlier is not a basis for refund for an unused period.
  6. Temporary or continuous impossibility to use apartment’s inventory: TV, Wi-Fi is not a basis for refund or receiving a discount.
  7. The Lessor reserves the right to cancel a reservation in case the case of events that occurred not at his fault. The deposit / cost of reservation that has been paid by the Lessee shall be then returned.
  8. The Lessor shall not be responsible for disturbing factors during the stay, including construction or finishing works which may be conducted on a site where apartment is located as well as in its close vicinity; cancellation due reasons beyond the Lessor’s control, failure to provide utilities (including electricity, water, gas); faulty technical and electrical appliances; nuisance (in particular noise) from adjacent properties.

FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. Polish law is a legal basis for disputes between the Lessee and the Lessor.
  2. In all matters not settled herein, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
  3. Any possible disputes resulting from the contract will be resolved by court having jurisdiction over the Lessor’s seat.
