Apartment is located on 2^nd floor of traditional townhouse from late 19^th century on Librowszczyzna street. Although, it’s in the heart of city center the street is quite so don’t be afraid of noise. We have two apartments under the same address (in case you would like to visit us with your friends or bigger family), Libro I and Libro II.

Most of the “must see” places are within walking distance. You will get to Main Square in 5 minutes, to historic Jewish quarter of Kazimierz in more or less 7 minutes. By taking very nice walk via Planty Park (green part surrounding Old Town) you will reach Wawel Castle in 10 minutes. Main Railway Station and Shopping Mall are within 10 minutes’ walk.

You will be surrounded by countless restaurants, pubs, cafes, gift shops and nice galleries. That’s the best place to explore the city.

Apartment

Air-conditioned apartment itself is 40 m2 and can accommodate 4 people (even up to 6 if agreed beforehand – additional two can sleep on folded sofa in the living room). It has high celling which is very common for traditional apartments in townhouse and has uncovered piece of original brick wall in the living room. It’s bright, recently renovated, has modern design with focus to details and is fully equipped.

It consists of:

• living room with folded sofa (which can turn in sleeping place for two), wardrobe & flat screen TV (42 inches)
• cosy and fully equipped kitchenette (kettle, toaster, coffee maker, microwave and complimentary tea & coffee)
• separate bedroom (bed size 160 x 200 cm) with balcony (two chairs and table)
• mezzanine overlooking sitting area with place to sleep for two
• bathroom with shower (hairdryer, shampoo and soap is provided)
• balcony

We provide to all guests fresh towels and bed lines, additional blankets, high speed WIFI connection and guidebook with recommended restaurants, pubs and cafes.

If you are coming with small baby we can organize for your stay baby bed (with bed linens) and baby chair. Just let us know in advance;)

Check-in and Check-out

Although check-in is from 2 PM and check-out till 11 AM we are flexible and whenever possible we allow our guests to arrive earlier or to leave later. All depends on previous and next guests schedules.

Parking

If you are coming by car you can park it on the street in front of the building. It costs 6 PLN per hour from Monday till Saturday from 10:00 till 20:00. Nights and weekends are free of charge.

You can also park your car on the guarded parking lot which is 200 m from the apartment (1 Zyblikiewicza street). Prices start from 80 PLN per day and depend on season of the year.

How to get to apartment

If you are coming by plane we can arrange for you private transfer from airport (20-30 min). It costs 90 PLN (~20 EUR) up to 4 people and 120 PLN (~30 EUR) for more than 4 people. It’s cheaper than taxi services from airport. Public transport takes around 50 minutes to get to apartment (train & walk).

If you are coming by train or bus you can take 10 minutes’ walk from Main Station.

We can arrange for you different tours like Auschwitz & Birkenau, Wieliczka Salt Mine, Zakopane or bike / Segway tours. We cooperate with the best agencies in Cracow. You can find more details regarding tours/services on our web page under section Services.
